The eligibility criteria for the Kerala TET October Recruitment 2022 is as follows-

All-State TET Exam Details

1. Educational Qualification Required for Category I (Class 1 to 5):

• Class 12 or equivalent with at least 45 per cent marks.
• Class 12 or equivalent with at least 45 per cent marks & diploma in elementary education of 2 years.
• Class 12 or equivalent with at least 50 per cent marks & diploma in education (special education) of 2 years.
• Class 12 or equivalent with at least 50 per cent marks & 4 years B.El.Ed. degree.

2. Educational Qualification Required for Category II (Class 6 to 8):

• Graduation & diploma in elementary education of 2 years or Trained Teachers’ Certificate.
• Graduation with at least 45 per cent marks & B.Ed.
• Class 12 or equivalent with at least 50 per cent marks & 4 years B.El.Ed. degree.
• Class 12 or equivalent with at least 50 per cent marks & 4 years B.A./B.Sc.Ed. or B.Sc.Ed. or B.A.Ed. degree.

3. Educational Qualification Required for Category III (Class 9 to 12):

• Degree in concerned subject & M.Sc.Ed. degree.
• Graduation with a minimum of 45 per cent marks & B.Ed.

4. Educational Qualification Required for Category IV (Language Teachers):

• Certificate or degree or diploma in teaching in any subject from an institution approved by NCTE or Govt. of Kerala or universities or Board of Examinations.
• Qualifications for Language Teacher’s posts of Hindi, Urdu, Sanskrit & Arabic (till upper primary level), physical education & specialist teachers as mentioned in Kerala Education Act and Rules’ Chapter XXXI.

A relaxation is allotted to SC or ST candidates of 5 per cent & to OEC or OBC candidates of 3 per cent.

5. Age Limit:

• No age limit is there for applying for the exam.

Kerala TET October 2022 Application Process:

The application can be done in English and Malayalam mediums. The process of application for the Kerala TET October Recruitment 2022 is as follows-

1. The candidates should visit ktet.kerala.gov.in.
2. Then, they must click on the link of “New Registration October 2022”.
3. After that, they should provide the required details & then they must submit the properly filled up application form.
4. Next, they should pay the application fee & upload all the required documents (scanned).
5. In this way, the application process can be completed.

Application Fee for KTET 2022:

The details regarding application fee has been given in the table below-
